My Italian is poor, but it's to do with using the Italian postal system online.

It says to use these new online services you need to register first, and for more information on this or the services check the net page out or give them a call on the freephone number provided.

That really doesn't make much sense! That is from an online translation site I take it, they usually make it more incomprehesible than the original format

Many thanks I got the general gist of it now. Friend of mine had some lingerie bought for her in Italy from a modballer and it is the wrong size and she had sent an email to the ship trying to get it exchanged. This would explain the email. Many thanks to all who tried
