Someone recommend a small, filling, healthy snack to have late evening.
Keep finding myself making a sandwich which is baaaaad i know.
Fruit - too late for fruit, not v filling either!
Cereals is a good option? late at night?

If they're crappy then they're no good to me, but if they're cheap (FREE) then I will take whatever's on offer for a decent meal
