Devon recommendations
I am taking my girlfriend and my seven year old son on holiday to North Devon at the end of July and am looking for some help from you all. We are renting a cottage for the week.
We are staying near Bideford, and need some recommendations on where go to, etc.
Plan to do the beach as much as possible, and we are taking our bikes down (ridgeback and specialized if you are interested!) but if weather is not great, we need some options!
There is Paignton Zoo, and the Milky Way adventure park, but anything else that is worth while going to?
Also any recommendations pub/restaurant wise in the area?
Cheers!

Went here years ago, not sure how close it is to Bideford, but I seem to remember it was a corking day out.

You MUST visit Clovelly - very pretty town just down the coast.
Visit Croyde and/or Woolacombe - very nice surfing beaches with plenty to do.
Not far from Exmoor if you like walking and you have miles of stunning coastline on your doorstep too.
A lovely part of the world.
