Do not forget the world hates a smart a^se

I never really enjoyed his shows much except for Chef, saw one late on UK Gold (flicking channels as you do) and ended up watching it last week and it peaked my interest in the series.

Worth a go, he makes Gordon Ramsey look quite polite and unasuming, made some 12-15 years ago but still a laugh and not too dated IMHO

I have a problem with tv cooks, chefs etc these days in that my dad has started watching them ALL, so whenever we go round there its all that is on TV and he wont turn it over or turn the tv off

Was Lenny ever funny?

If making squarking noises is funny then he's hilarious.

Garbage, I'm afraid.

Each to their own. Hope you didn't pay much for it lol

Give 'Live and Unleashed' a try Pierre, he was good in his day

And Deakus fully deserves a place in the comedy characters Hall of Fame

Thumbs down

Oh dear

Seriously unfunny guy, had the misfortune of seeing him live some years ago.......

Only moderately funny thing about him is his wife ....

How he has stayed in the business so long, I have no idea

Exclamation

Having never really found Lenny funny or entertianing in stand up or any of his TV shows. Chef was something of a revelation, I missed the first series just because it was based around him so i just did not bother to watch, Chef is worth a watch as it has a great cast and is well written, you just need to get over Lenny Henry is the lead in this.

It is a bit like disocounting Father Ted as it has Ardel O'Hanlon in it. I have never found him funny in anything else other than the odd titter here and there. Father Ted is a comedy masterpiece IMHO.

Whilst Chef is not quite in the same league it is still a funny show

Or is it because 'e is black and you are all racists?!?!
