I'm trying to get the tune "The Buffoon" which is a standard ring tone on an 8210 for my 8310 (god this phone has crap ring tones!!)

Any idea where I can get it from

I usually ask on the alt.cellular.nokia.ringtones newsgroup. Post on there what ringtone you need. Usually within 24 hours a bloke called DocH replies with the tone in 3 formats. One of the formats should be in the format you can input into your composer. One of the other formats will be compatible with Nokia Logomanager.

 

but I don't have a composer on the phone and don't have logo manager .. ***

I don't wanna sound like a complete moblie boffin but I think the
8310 does have a Ringtone composer and a very heafty price tag, seems
like I've been saving for it years now!

all the promo material for it said it would have one... and it also was supposed to come with a snowboarding game on it...

but now they have launched it they seem to have changed the specs on it... hey ho... still a cool phone though
