I used to be with them. Rang their Sales Team because I wanted to return to Pay Monthly after 2 years on PAYG. They told me what they could offer me, and when I challenged that I could get a better deal on Orange by dealing through a third party, I was told this is correct, and he suggested that's what I should do.

So I shopped around and got a better deal still with O2.

6 months on and Orange still keep texting me saying I qualify for Magic Numbers.

I'm with orange, can't complain, they've been great to me. o2 are decent too, i had 50% off line rental for life when i threatened to leave. Orange are better for signal coverage compared to o2 though.

I just called them to cancel my contract, got through straight away funnily enough!
They originally wanted £170 for the phone I wanted so I spoke to disconnections.
Phones being delivered on Tuesday FOC with a £20 a month discount on line rental.

I kinda like them at the minute lol

Im more than happy with Orange. Always had good service, nice early free upgrades etc.
Been with them about 5 years now, and never considered changing once.

But you don't give them any money do you? As you are such a clever clogs and only pay them a few pence every three or four months (if you can be bothered)!

I hope that you aren't trying to avoid Who Has The OLDEST Mobile Phone Here? thread - because it will continue to haunt you until you admit that you are a liar!!!

Ha Ha Ha .... you miss the point

This is my daughter trying to register her phone - she gives them £35 a month on Dolphin something or other ...... she pays Insurance too, so its £41 a month and they are terrible, even then!!

Me, spending 35p a month, I guess if they ignore me it's not that bad.

I was with O2 from when they were Cellnet, changed to 3 15 months ago and wish I hadn't. Worst customer service I have ever used. They've lied to me and conned me just to get my custom. Just waiting for my contract to expire then I will more than likely go back to O2 (who originaly offered me the same contract/phone on a 12 month contract). I've heard bad press about Orange in that they don't look after their customers. Not sure on Vodafone and T-Mobile (my other half is on T-moby and she likes it)

For once I agree with Pete, I was with Orange for well over 10 years with 3 phones until they refused to replace my 4th faulty phone that was 1 day outside it's 6 months warranty. Never again will I ever use orange.

Orange went down in my opinion when they offshored their call centers to India!

Their service has deteriorated to the extent even their broadband service is sh1te.

I'm on the phone every other day to an indian dude that called a British name. How can you trust what a man is saying when the name he goes by is a lie!

I'm kind of stuck with orange - only network that I can get a signal with in my house.

Not too displeased with them though - not had many problems, get wireless broadband for a fiver and on the odd occasion I've had to ring someone I've not been connected to someone who sounds like a reject from "It ain't half hot mum"...

Ornage

Long story short

Had been with Orange since they started until 18 months ago!

Orange gave our confidential details to a authorised dealer, there are the shiesters who call you pretending to be Orange and get you the change tariffs and make them money. Authorised dealers these often feature on Watchdog!

Anyhow i said no to the liar who called me pretending to be from orange.

He still changed our tariff, we only found out when we went to cancel as we could not cancel for the remaining 9 months of our 'new contract left to run.

Called orange, they said it was up to us to prove that their authorised dealer had done this and they where not interested.

I eventually spoke to someone who told me this goes on all the time (off the record) and knew this authorised dealer was a regular offender with a lot of complaints against them.

The only way we got out of it was that the account was in Jenny's name and i was not an authorised user (or similar), so ,as they had spoken to me and had my name as the reference we got out of it.

We are now with 02 on Pay-G

I would not reccommend Orange to anyone and ironiccally Orange have just been done under the Data protection Act - Good Job!
