******* Paypal
Just tried to pay for something on Paypal and apparently I can't do it unless I register my bank details with them, because "the amount exceeds my remaining sending limit"
They have my Credit Card details, and they've never been turned down by my CC company, so what's the problem
Are they no longer accepting payment from credit cards because they have proper consumer protection systems in place
Now I've got to tell the people I've bought the stuff of that they're going to have to wait for payment for another 5 days while PayTw@t verifies my bank details
What the **** is a sending limit anyway, and thanks for the warning you bunch of ******* shysters

Same thing happened with me, wasn't able to buy/sell anything on ebay because my email address was linked to Paypal, then even worse I needed to purchase something from another website that only accepted Paypal, they would even let me purchase it using my credit card. Really annoyed me and I don't know what gives them the right to do that sort of stuff.

I reckon I've spent about £2500 I reckon, but that's over the course of nearly three years, more than that goes through my current account per month, and they've never asked me for details of another account to verify that one
I'm not very good at this money laundering lark if that's all the business I can manage

Once PayPal have verified your bank details you can still carry on paying with the credit card that is linked to your PayPal account.
I think another reason for getting your bank details is that payments through a bank account will cost them less than by credit card.
