How do you become a moderator?

I keep getting asked to be a MOD, but sadly I'm too busy posting 
And my Forum would be so well Moderated that the other Forums would be ignored No **** claptrap bollox from me - any sensible posts would go unhindered

I've been a mod on here for more years than I can remember - no big deal, just something I've done since the early days to help out. It's not a power trip (god knows there would be easier ways to achieve that!), we don't get paid and judging by the comments - it's a pretty thankless task. In fact, WTF am I doing it? I resign..

I'm afraid Pete is not eligable to be a moderator; he's already been declined owing to his frequent abuse of knocklinks, contrary to the TOCs of SN!

Actually I have said that I would give it up on a number of occassions, as I didn't think I had enough time to do it, but I've always be persuaded to stay!
A thick skin and a sense of humour are also required!

Little do you lot know - PSL is the webmaster/SD-B, and Shaun is really Ting-Tong. He has the pitched battles under his PSL persona just to make him look like one of the chaps, really is raking it in from his SN ownership and other intersts in the gay **** industires (where he started at the bottom (no pun intended) as a fluffer. Pete has come a long way (and wiped up gallons of the stuff).
