If that stands up in court id be very surprised! Kind of throws out the window the old 'enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt' - what with the fact he could have bodged the pics and blagged the whole story no?!

What ***** - motorists are having a hard enough time without the 'Sun' newspaper trying to create stories out of people. Big Brother must be really junk this year if they are having to resort to this. I hope he did do 150mph, I hope the motorway was busy and I hope he gets away with it on a technicality. I then hope the sun have to print one of their overly elaborate storys which will no doubt include words and sentences such as ‘Road Fiend Drives Free’ in today’s news a crazed road beast walked free from court after successfully defending a reckless driving and speeding charge on a technicality. Mr A, a known fast car terrorist, who’s reign of fast car terror has been going on for years will be free to return to the roads and put our children's lives at risk…beast, fiend, grand-uncle’s ex-girlfriend was a immigrant *****, etc, etc. Beast, beast, fiend some more 
....when I saw you had replied to this, I thought we were looking at a custodial stretch for a minute

If the Police have seized his pc then I'm sure they'll have him for downloading child pornography anyway. That does seem to happen in nearly every reported case.

Reading the guys posts he sounds a proper nobber but its harsh if he gets convicted over some internet banter, surely the pic of his speedo could be photoshopped anyway.
If everything said on scooynet was true half of them are millionaire jetset chick magnets with 12 inches of meat packed between the two veg.
