Avoid M40 Both Ways @ junction 3
I'd say for a couple of junctions in both directions.
A lorry went across the central reservation, 9 cars involved. Several fatalities.

Off topic a bit but does anyone know what's happening at the M25/M1 junction overnight. Came down the M1 last night to find it closed. Diversions sent us Northbound whereby the next set of diversion signs 10 miles away sent us southbound again - and repeat. This was 2am and was total gridlock northbound, gave up in the end and nipped across to the A1.
No mention of the closure southbound until we got to the M25 to find it closed.
Same on M4 and M3?? Just roadworks or something else happening?
Most of the traffic going up the M40 was diverted off the M25 last night for some reason.

A404 Marlow Bypass to Handy Cross (M40) is chock-a-block because of this accident plus there is another Northbound too
M40, HandyCross (Junction 4 ) to Beaconsfield West (J3) closed Southbound

BBC report 3 fatalities, 1 airlift and 10 ambulanced to hospital. seems a northbound lorry may have breached the central reservation and clobbered cars coming south.
