Had a search around but the threads I have read have not given me an answer... I need to park at east midlands airport shortly. Anyone know of the best place to park? (Dont fancy it coming back dented and with 100 miles extra on it)

I fly from there a couple of times a month, their medium stay car parks are fine... never had any problems with either subarus....

There's one medium stay that's over the road from the Sleazy Jet terminal, can't remember the number but thats handy for all the terminals 'without' waiting for a bus!

Avoid the long term car parks they're CRAP

I always use the Prestige valeting car park.
It's quite cheap and secure and you can have a valet while you're away, but I wouldn't recommend it......(tha valeting, that is).
It is only a 2 minute walk around the corner to Departures.

Used the on site parking no problems.

Also used the Thistle hotel thats at the airport when on an early flight.
1night of accomodation inc breakfast plus free parking.
Cant remember how much but it worked out the same as normal airport car parking or slightly less!

This is the only airport I have been to where they have free short stay car parking right by the terminals.
That was a couple of years ago though...

free for the first 10mins (drop offs)... i was there on Monday, I'll be back at 10:45pm friday to pick up!!
