Heard rumour that it was coming back but with cgi characters instead of the proper puppets .

Yes, I used to watch it every Sunday thinking "in 30 minutes I'm off to bed and before I know it I'll be back at school"

Will be complete and under sh*te with out the puppets.
Need the interaction that a CGI just can not bring to any situation.
Also the fact the puppets mouth movements were far from perfect were endearing.. no doubt the CGI ones will be properly lip-synched

Fabulous programme it was!

There was an interview with Edwina Curry in our local paper this week (she lives in the area) and she bought her puppet at an action for £300 in the early 90's. Imagine what some of those puppets are worth now??
