Default Advice on Plasma Tv...cleaning screen appears to have damaged.

An elderly relative of mine has tried to clean her plasma with a glass cleaner wipe. She lives miles away from me so I haven't seen it but she says it has made big smears across the screen. Now I think if she wipes of with water/damp cloth this should sort the problem. I guess the the front screen doesn't like the cleaning solution or similar. Anyone else had this problem or any advice on how to fix.

TIA

If it's a pioneer, they do use plastic screens !

Worth searching on avforums.com to see if there's any suggestions to clean off the mark.

All sorted - used soapy water then clean water and wiped it down with clean towel. Smear marks went.

Thank god
