Hi All

Just got a brand new TTG 910 and when charged and turned on the unit freezes on the screen that has a picture of the TTG & the "go your way the easy way" or whatever.
It wont budge from that screen, can't turn it off or anything !

Help !

Try keeping your finger pressed on the power button for several seconds

theres a reset button underneath the unit mate quite difficult to spot u will need a paperclip or similar



nothing wrong with the unit thow so dont be disheartened sometimes they do this

As stated, just hold the reset button down. You should here the drums roll then your good to go.

Happens every so often, its a computer, it happens.
