Default Beer fridge....

Required

Will be in the lounge so has to look nice, normal size(ish) 0.5M square. Does not need to have wine in so looking for the ones that take 2 rows of cans.

Any deals on? Any ones to avoid? Any smart looking options?

Have some ideas but willing to be persuaded. Any help gratefully recieved!

Hic.

Idea, keep the beer in the kitchen, get a g/friend and tell her to fetch the beer. That way you dont even have to move until the end of the night when you get to thank the g/friend in the only way a man should

I have a big fridge in kitchen etc but need more space. Already have a wife so i suppose a G/F is a good move anyway but the current one is quite up for fetching me a beer when required and letting me 'thank' her

Its not a 'me being a lazy ****' issue, more a room issue.

I found instead of buying a beer fridge, split up with your girlfriend, replace all the salad crap in the fride with 2 x crate of carlsberg, and the jobs a gooden!

Is in the office/DJ room. Pretty quiet as mentioned, just the occasional click.

There is one on at Costco which is advertised as a wine and beer cooler. When I read the box though it gives the lower temp range as ?8degs. I'd want my beer at circa 4 degs so didn't buy it.
I'd be interested to know from the guys here that have a beer fridge do you get icey cold beer on a hot summers day?

If the fridge is going into the lounge one of the most important things you will need to find out is how noisy it is. Unless you plan on being permanently hammered so you just don't care

Husky Kool Kube, approx 50x50x50cm, thus the name, fits 2 crates, very quiet apart from the faint hum of the compressor and click of the thermostat

Yes, but do these little fridges give the 'icey' cold beer which my mouth demands?
