Was just about to post this .utter stitch up being the main gdp contribures why dont the english get free prescriptions and the welsh and scots make up for being free loading freaks

It has been obvious for a long time now that this sad lot treat the people with utter disdain as indeed they do the House.

But they dont ACTUALLY get free prescriptions though do they? Surely the cost of the prescription is offset against their taxes so that either something else within a welshmans tax contribution will suffer, or their taxes wil increase to meet the £28 million deficit?
I may be wrong as I havent been a chancellor of a country for as long as I can remember though
