I think this might have triggered my engine management light to come on!!

how strange that i fitted a new lambda last week, and went for a drive on sunday and it was dead within 50 miles

although i did fit a cheap sensor, but the last one never died so quickly

new lambda was deliverd yesterday

Its not just petrol
SAAb 9-3 TD brimmed with Tesco derv on sunday...
1 mile down the road its in limp mode and basically useless
In $tealership now.....

Bit of a worry really. What can be put into it to screw up the O2 sensors then?

I bet its the additive package that they add when the tanker picks up the fuel from the refinery or storage depot. They should be looking to introduce the summer additives about now, I bet someone got the blend of the additives wrong.
