Lol at marjorie doors One of my cousins has done the lighter life thingy. She'd alway been big (16ish stone) she's now under 10!!! You wouldn't recognise her. Got to be worth a try but you need will power...

Know someone who has done this and lost over 11 stone. It's only for people who have more than 3 stone to lose. Very extreme - water based shakes and down to 500 calories a day. Needs medical approval as well I think.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's just a quick fix. Better off eating a sensible healthy diet and doing a bit of excercise

yeah it does need medical approval ive heard alot of sucess stories about it a bloke who works with my step dad weighed a whopping 26 stone and in 6 weeks he's lost 4 stone. i only want to lose about 3 stone anyway plus my mum step sister and step dad weigh alot more than me want to go it but i have more will power and will keep them in control for thier sakes. ive tried other diets i go the gym every day for 2 hours but we want rapid results and if lighter life can do it then thats what we'll do, they have like a lighter life meeting in my area on a thursday so im going to that to see what i think and take it from there really.

thanks for your nice comments coffin dodger you are really helpful you know!

Be careful. I've heard such a dramatic drop in calories can cause you to feel dizzy etc
Good luck, anyway
