i cant find the new al jazeera documentary channel

it gets advertised all the time in al jazeera english channel 514, i tried all my sky digibox channels but nae luck

i bought the TIME magazine this months and it says the following



on the following freq:


sattellite hotbird at 13e
frequency 12111 mhz
polarization vertical
symbol rate 27500
fec 3/4




or

sattellite nilesat 7.0 w
freq 12284 mhz
polarization vertical
symbol rate 27500
fec 3/4



what does all that mean and anyone just have a straight channel number in uk for it

if you go "add channel" on your digibox or sat unit, punch in the frequency, and polarisation, it will pull up the channel.


why al jaz? thought it was the propaganda channel for ossy and co?

Probably not much use to you Moses unless you want to install a second LNB to look at the hotbird satellite.
At the moment it's pointing at Astra for your SKY stuff...

You can get Al Jazeera on the Sky box Moses, I think the channel number is 514.

It is an interesting news programme and has news that we don't normally see on our channels.
