Yep I have had to rebuild after trying it. Think it is early days and has bugs. Definately conflicts with certain software. Photoshop updater for one.
I am running Vista with Avast antivirus and been running 6 weeks no problems.

Ok - thanks for the observation! Can you, however, tell me how to uninstall it ?
OK - I booted into SAFE Mode (Window XP - boot up and keep hitting F8, then choose safe mode)
I then deleted all the C:\program files\ windows live one care\ files and folder I could
At least noew I can boot up without the machine hanging AND it saves doing a full rebuild )(for now)
