Princess Anne was on TV tonight being filmed in the Antartic campaigning for the environment in the strongest terms...

Unless of course you're referring to the native people of the Siberian Arctic or the Alaskan Arctic who you'd obviously refer to as Inupiaq and Yupik - Inuit is just as offensive to them...

Her agenda was not the environment per se it was the general pillaging of the planets natural resources - like some poor animals fur 
Anyway I only said it seemed a little ironic - which I still think it is!

perhaps it was fake fur rannoch. regardless, in a very cold climate fur does the business. and what's the difference between a fur hat and wearing say, a technical mountaineering jacket stuffed with goosedown? not a lot really ...
i have a rabbit fur ushanka for skiing. rabbit went in someone's pot, rabbit's jacket went on my head. no big deal.

You lot are a bit serious this morning - I really don't care if it was fur or not - I just thought it was slightly ironic.
I just hope the rabbit pie she made from the rest of it tasted nice

I prefer baby seal pup fur, it's sooooo soft and keeps my head really warm..... so I'll stick with that,...... well at least until I can find someone who makes baby kitten fur hats...
