What's wrong with my Scoobynet ?

Every time I post , I get the error message to say I can't post within in 30 seconds of a previous post ! When I haven't posted anything for ages before!!
When I click on the NSR link, my post is there where it should be!
Also , under the error message all the thread is upside down....aka in reverse order.
Help !!

Pass - I've had the same thing a couple of times too recently. I know the boys have been making some changes to the site software, so I guess it might be something to do with this. Seems to be OK at the moment.
