I am totally sick of being sent credit card junk mail, EVERY day I seem to get at least one, I hate credit cards, and always bin the ads, but I guess someone must respond to them for them to be so massively canvassed....

The APR doesn't really matter so long as you pay off in full and on time every month. Hence cards like this are giving folk with credit problems a way of rebuilding their credit files (so long as the folk are strict with themselves).

(Or is that just marketing spin, and these companies know that the applicants wont be able to help themselves from running up more debt, at these high rates?)
