My first thought was that you were reporting a fictitious bug in order to garner attention.

But I was mistaken...

You were reporting an existing bug in order to garner attention.

Well I do possess a keen perception of human behaviour, but in this instance it was blindingly obvious...

People who wish to report bugs do so in the 'Bugs' forum where it can be ignored indefinitely by Webclown.

For example, here is one I made earlier:

https://www.scoobynet.com/bugs-featu...-webclown.html

You will also note that someone reported your particular problem some 4 hours earlier:

Zone Alarm Spysweeper and AVG. i also have the NTL package, not sure if its a virus thing or not though.
when the Spysweeper subscription runs out i will include the Virus protection that goes with it for £15 a year
what have you got?

They weren't free. Have you considered that they had already been paid for in the price of the cereal?

Or did you shoplift the cereal? Another classic cry for attention.
