Question Cats and the law

a few questions about cats and their inconsiderate owners.

firstly i have just taken our 3 year old twins for a walk across a public footpath that crosses a field. we came across a small black cat (easily mistaken for a panther), it's owners were a no where to be seen. It was not muzzled and it certainly was not on a lead (it had a furry chain collar). it stared at us for a few seconds and then walked off, maybe after it owners? Who were oblivious to the fact we were there. Should it have been muzzled and had mittens on?? It could have easily scrathced our eyes out.

Secondly, cat ****, people assume because they are on a public footpath in a field it is ok to let their **** machines crap anywhere and everywhere and not pick it up. is this the case? (just spent the last 10 mins cleaning cat **** off of shoes and sterilising everything)

What do you guys think?

Now then, cats are obviously far more dangerous than dogs - that stare it gave you, most cats can actually turn you to stone you know. They should be blinkered in public, under section 4 para vi of the dangerous cats act 1994.

You don't half talk some bobbins

Headlines:
Man mauled by cat in front garden.
WW2 Bomber found on the moon.
Feddie Star ate my hampster.

Most cats usually crap in flower beds, sand or gravel and cover it up*, not on the path, so what were you doing amongst the roses, hmm??

*Dogs instinctively turn round 10times to clear away twigs before going to sleep, cats instictively cover their crap to hide their scent. BMW's instictively have no indicator bulbs. All three points are fact, and products of evolution.

fortunately for you , the cat looked and then just walked off, we had a similar experience but after looking at us , it raised its leg and started licking its privates!!!!!! fortunately I managed to get my hands over the kids eyes before they were traumatised and hurried them away.

on a serious note though, I hope that you was responsible enough to have had your `twins` on a harness or lead whilst out walking them too, very hypocritical of you to comment on the blatent disregard of leashing laws if you yourself was allowing your beasties to roam free.

There are 2 cats who live around us and their real badasses.
Me and the wife took our dog for a walk and she (the dog) heard a rustling in the bushes. She was in there like a shot to flush out the perpetraiting feline but it was a trap . Our dog came flying out of the bushes at breathtaking speed closely followed by 2 cats!!! Our poor mutt was off down the road making a very strange noise . The cats gave up chase and came strutting past myself and the wife looking oh so smug. You could see it in their body language "Thats right we're the ******* daddies now" they were saying.
These 2 cats are now known as the NINJA CATS and cross them if you dare. Bloody ruffians should be given CASBO's in my opinion, dam hooligans .

Many years ago cats were worshipped as gods, and they have never forgotten that!
