Molly,
I have got the Aiwa 21" VX-D2120 cost me £229.99 from Currys just over a year ago. It has got a few features fastext, videoplus+, LP, NTSC playback and most importantly of all it has twin tunners which means I can watch and record different sides at the same time. It makes a great 2nd set for the bedroom. They did do a 14" version when I purchased mine as well.
I did a search on pricerunner for you and it came back with 54! different sets for you to choose from
