Don't think people are being too critical. The original post highlights that the driver was not the owner, but his mate who borrowed it.
If that had been an Impreza, we'd all be saying the same thing.
Was he insured?
Looks quite a mess, bet he was doing more than 30mph?
Poor drivers in powerful car = crash
Etc.
Some people go too far with posts, but most people on there are asking/stating the obvious.
It's pretty hard to crash any car like that if doing 30mph or less in a 30mph zone.
It looks to me that as it's a borrowed car, the driver was making the most of the time with the car, and the end result is a trip to hospital. A second trip is on the cards too once his mate and owner of the new DB9 gets hold of him

Insurance reason:
I swerved to avoid an urban fox successfully, then realise i was going to squash a sparrow so swerved again and hit the parked car as a last resort; which resulted in me pressing the accelerator and loosing control
What do you recon?

The owner is not in the slightest bothered about the car...The driver who had borrowed it(for his brothers wedding of which he is the best man today)had a blackout whilst driving the vehicle hence why their are no skid marks. His foot was flat on the accelerator whe the emergency services arrived. He is now staying in hospital for observation and tests for the next few days(and will miss the wedding!!!)all in all a freak accident in a new car just for the grace of god it wasnt at school/peak time and no other people were involved.
