Human Rights Law has gone too far or is being interpreted too liberally. FFS there must be something that we can do to influence it to be altered so that nutters/rapists/killers etc get what they deserve ie a f*cking long sentance without any luxurious cell to boot?!!!!

I keep rereading this to see just where the justice is and what i am missing.
There is none.
FFS what is wrong with this country and is justice (i use the term loosely) system.
What can be done and what can we do to change things for the better.
This is wrong, so wrong in every way.
The only winners are the criminals and animals like ths POS!

My sympathies to the girl and her family.
I hope thie POS who did this get his comeuppance.
Somalian - I do hope this POS did not have AIDS for the girls sake only. He should rot in jail for the rest of his life. Chances are he will reappear in the UK at some stage as it is so easy to get into the UK.
Chatting to seveal cops i know it is not unusual for this to happen.

I've just read this a second time and still as dumbfounded as you guys. There is seriously something wrong with the justice system. He gets 50k for 3 months wtf??????????? Should get a boat instead and be handed over to the somalian authorites for beheading.

The whole PC thing is getting too out of hand.
Victims endure terrible things and have to live with it for the rest of their lives, while filth like that gets huge amounts of compensation AND let out, free to do it over and again, hoping not to get caught again.
Human rights peeps need to start thinking of victims human rights before filth.

What about the families and children near to where the sicko lives?
Do they not deserve to have the same rights?
That would not be a problem if they were locked up for good or lobotomised. Certain crimes dfeserve a severe punishment to ensure that the ofences are not committed again. Raping of kids is such a crime.
