Thieving Petrol Station Owners
After being stupid enough to run my car down real low on fuel i had no option but to call at a BP garage, i thought its worth a try as i usually use V Power. I start putting the fuel in untill i notice 106p per litre. Once i spotted this i stopped and paid my £5.
Back to V Power at 94p
Anyone else have garages that take the ****

Even Sainsbury take the **** now... 95RON fuel costs 84.9 p per litre at Meadowhall and only 83.9 p per litre at my local station at Archer Road, they dont sell SUL though. Sainsbury in Derby is cheaper still. F*ckers!

Makes me fekkin cross, there's no real reason for petrol prices being different over 90% of the UK.
OK, you might expect to pay a bit more in Penzance or Wick, but you get the idea.
Round here, I can almost SEE the refineries at Immingham and Killinghome, less than 20 miles away, but we have some of the dearest fuel around.
Robbers, like has already been posted.

Think I paid 91.9 last week for V-Power Had to travel 10 miles to get the stuff though
Quick question regarding Tesco fuel - On other forums i've been on in the past they have said stay away from supermarket fuel as some times it's not as good quality as it should be. The wife has been using their unleaded in her car while Tesco's have had the 5p off promotion running. She occasionally notices a loss of power and a slight splutter, could it be the fuel that's causing this? Her car is only 18 months old. Does cheaper fuel mean poorer quality? Anyone else had problems?

I must admit to being a fuel freak having only ever put shell petrol in my cars. Thought I'd give Tesco's 99 a go! Seemed ok, went back to shell for the next tank. Well it may have been me but, the car seemed far better with Tesco's than it did with shell!!! It seemed a lot smoother throughout the rev range for some reason. So it's Tesco's all the way for me, and a nice 6p/litre saving to boot.

Tesco's 99 definately seems to spice things up a bit with my WRX.
BP Ultimate is cr*p as far as I'm concerned.... over priced and doesn't seem to be any better than the 95 RON Sainsburys stuff I was forced to put once.

Yes... well they do at a station near Grantham... And my car has not run as smooth for months..! perhaps a coincidence, but 3/4 of a tank full later, Its still running sweet..

The local Total garage in Blackburn wanted 99.9p for their SUL. Robbing gits.
I let them know they were robbing me blind but i think the attendent didn't have a fooking clue nor cared.
He's a git as well.
