We have a 32" & a 19" - very pleased with them, I have to say
We spent ages looking for our 32" & comparing to the others around & we felt it had the best picture quality, but at the end of the day, it's all down to personal choice

jods - it depends where you're putting it..... some rooms just won't take a 42" and it's also a little bit more expensive
I've got Pioneer 50" & a 43" downstairs, but 32" is big ehough for the bedroom

Ditto, got the 26" R74 in the bedroom, just watched Shrek 2 with my daughter, pin sharp even with a £4.99 scart from the DVD player, get some decent RGB scarts and the picture gets even better, the PS2 looks rather impressive on there as well, my Bros in law has the 42" and when he hooked his PS2 up and ran GT4 I thought he had Xbox 360 the graffix were that good.
A big up from me

Buying a second Viera for the bedroom, very happy with it - especially being a Sony man at heart.

I've had some experience earlier this year of Samsung consumer warranty on a Samsung Plasma. The warranty dept is in India somewhere & they stink, I wouldn't buy a large Samsung item because of that. I do have one of their crappy phones though.
