Default Batman - The Dark Knight

Looks like the next batman film will be out summer/autumn 2007.

Christian Bale returns as Batman thank god and Heath Ledger of all people as The Joker. Lets see how he compares with Jack Nicholson/Luke Skywalker.

imdb reckon 2008 - As long as Chris Nolan continues to write/direct it will be a good series of films.

Unfortunately it doesn't look so good for Indianna Jones 4, but it is still listed as 2008:

In the comic books, didn't batman take on superman after the Dark Knight book? That was a fantastic story, painting superman as an abused power of the USA, helping to defeat whoever they wanted to get thier own political way. The battle between the 2 was brilliantly depicted with batman employing all sorts of special weapons to slow superman down.

Yeah and he almost beat him!
That was a great book!
Although somehow I don't think there will be that type of crossover in the film.
Batman Returns was a quality film though, looking forward to the next one.
Indy Jones 4 on the other hand smacks of desperately trying to cash in one last time whilst Harrison Ford can still walk unaided!

Very good Graphic Novels by Frank Miller

Dark Knight Returns

The Dark Knight Strikes Again

Batman: Year One

Year One is actually the basis for batman begins.

Frank Miller is probably most famous for his Sin City books (and one film with a sequel on the way)
