Have been with 3 for about 3 years now and have been very happy with their service, tarif, coverage, ect.

Two months ago, 3 customer services rang me asking if I fancied an early upgrade to an N73, so I took the offer.

Since getting the phone I have had a few problems with it, like the phone freezing (having to take the battery out to turn it off) and the camera not working properly.

This had happened three times, and each time they sent a courier to pick the phone up, take it to the repair centre, and three days later I get it back.

The last time however they sent me a re-furbished N73, that turned out to of been damaged in transit.

When I rang customer services to tell them of the damaged phone all they would offer me was a re-furbished replacement N80 or a Sony Ericsson, but I dont fancy either.

My contract ends September next year.

Can I cancel my direct debit and contract with them because they now cannot offer me a phone that I want?

i would say yes mate, cos by not offering the correct phone they are not keeping there end of the contract!

Thats what I told them, but by offering me the the two they did, they say they have done the best they can
