reed.co.uk - UK jobs, careers and recruitment have a good CV tool, lots of good advice on there too. Good luck!

Telephone interviews are pretty standard for some roles - especially roles that involve using the telephone. I used to conduct telephone interviews over 12 years ago, so they've been going on a while now.
It's an easier and cheaper way to do a first sift - you can interview more people and then just call in the ones that pass.
Best of luck with the interview - the Reed website is excellent - as is UK Jobs & Careers at Monster.co.uk
Just remember to only answer the question they asked (not the one you wished they'd asked) and make sure you use as many examples as you can of when you've done the things they're asking about.
Oh - and research the job and the firm as much as you can first!
Good luck!
