k800i owners - how can you back up your contacts?

k800i owners - how can you back up your contacts?
After just loosing my phone and therefore all my cotnacts i want to back-up my new ones to a pc etc so i can simply download if it happens again - anyone know howe you can do this?

cheers lads - i've got the disc and cable. When you put it in file transfer mode i can see all the folders like pic, music etc but i can find where the contacts are saved in the phone to copy across?

Syncing with Outlook is good (and what I do - k750i and W810i), but make sure your phone contacts are in a seperate contacts folder to your usual email contacts. And once you have backed your phone contacts up to your PC, it's worth making a copy of it in case you accidently delete it.... if you haven't got your sync settings right (i,e, how to deal with duplicates etc.) it is quite easy to wipe everything off your phone/PC when you're messing about.

Depends which email you're using. I've got instructions for gmail. You can use the SE site to send your settings to your phone as well.
