Just had a regular in
Old taxi driver comes in 2/3times a week for a carwash.
askes me if i have any new staff yet as he knows i am looking, so i tell him i have a new fulltime lad starting and im looking for a part time lad.
i explain i got some decent CV`s in the post, and one of them was for a Polish Bloke and that he was probably going to get an interview.
this regular starts getting the hump
"make sure he is not here when i am here"
WTF

"mate, if the english people were not such lazy ***** we would not be having this problem, i have had more staff in here in 2 years then i have had days holiday, uk people are crap"

on a similar note I heard today that 1000 british people are leaving everyday too. This could become Poland and we can go and take their country, its bigger???

I went to a new car wash near me, realised it was manned by "eastern europeans" and have never been back since...
One might not make a difference sticky, but employing an army of extras from the film 'Hostel' may well make a difference...

Just remember Micky,how many people took there buisness elsewhere when all the call centre jobs went to India.Employ British if there is any? The polish are supposed to be the hardest workers,but you may end up loosing buisness through it.

i went to the shops last week in wythenshawe. anyone know it.
you would leave an imprezza there over night.
the place is full of prams, women with no teeth, bald fat airport cleaners, kids with no respect men with collars with the dirt ingrained in the folds of the collar, mostly unshaven.
a real ****hole, so is sale and so is altrincham and stretford as well for that matter, and no i dont go to the shops dressed like bryan ferry either come to that.
a little futher up there was a lad and a girl, she had ironed jeans, clean shoes and a clean coat on , her hair was brushed and she had her warpaint on. her boyfriend was spotlessly clean, hair combed clean shoes they were both really out of place. you should ask yourself why they are here and why some of the slobs we have cant get off their fat ***** and go to work.
it really makes me laff when they say "they are takin our jobs"
if they are prepared to work hundreds of miles away from home in a foreign country not hurt anyone pay taxes, which a lot of shiftless little ***** dont

local carwash to me is manned by rasta's, always see them in the local offie and tootin jaweed at the side of the car wash...
there's no rushing them dudes, dey wash de car at der own pace...by the time they clean the back end, the fronts dirty again

but so your also saying we dont want the jobs in other words no ones taking them ? and no one could find workers? and there was **** loads of jobs going about that no british man wanted? load of *****
now theres a hell of a lot less jobs out there, your average retired 65 yr old man who just wants to push trollys or park cars for a little extra to pay his heating bills has had it
jobs positions are now far less obtainable buy the people in our country
it fooking beats the **** out of my why a country like ours ok yes its a lot better than most but we still spend way to much time worrying about every other ****** in the world
this country is in a mess ...and i bet it could be sorted and in good form in a few years, if it looked after itself and temporarily stopped fighting other peoples wars
ok the lazy uk scum are benifit cheats etc i admit that, but...... a huge percent of the crime is commited buy people who wernt born here

My local carwash is staffed by eastern europeans and they do a terrific job.
The locals of a similar age around here all just hang around the shops acting hard and waiting for society to hand them everything on a plate.
Give the jobs to people that want them and are willing to work I say.
Low unemployment is really bad for getting good service, especially in lower paid jobs. If people know there's another job just round the corner, they don't give a toss, that's why all the hospitals are manky, they know they can be cleaning offices the next day. 25% unemployment and loads of competition for jobs and people have an incentive to work hard and do a good job.
The fact that the people coming in are grateful for the work and have a decent work ethic is why they do so well.

In London it's lik chalk and cheese, generally the Europeans are helpful, friendly and work hard in their jobs. Most of the Brits are sourly and have real attitude problems. It is a very rare pleasure to have a good consumer experience with British retail staff these days.
