Exclamation How Long Does Aftershave Last ?

This may seem a daft question, but how long does aftershave last ?

I've just found a load at the back of my wardrobe and was wondering if its still ok to wear ? It still appears to smell the same as it did 10 years ago

(Tommy Hilfiger by the way )

I would have thought it would be ok, being alcohol based as long as it was sealed (which it must have been else it would have evaporated) it should be good.

10 years back, I would have found some Kourus or Arimist !

The Google Answer...

How long can I keep my fragrance stored?
Fragrances don't last forever. There are certain precautions though that will ensure the quality of the fragrance. Keep the bottle in a dry, dark place. Heat can also destroy a fragrance so keep it from extreme temperatures. Fragrances usually last 3 years from the date they were manufactured

Anyway, I found some old Tommy Hilfiger aftershave and it smelled awful.
Fairly 'alcoholy' and raw.
