Why not take yourself off to a performance of something like the Rachmaninov 2nd Piano Concerto. It has been used as a sound track on many occasions and is a most wonderful bit of music. It also tends to be performed on a regular basis and the tension between the piano and orchestra really adds to the event as it is a most tricky balance of forces. Because it is popular some music snobs tend to dismiss it but there is no question in my mind that it is a truly great work. Rach 2 & 3, Brahms 2, Beethoven 4 & 5 are all piano concertos worth taking yourself along to and are played often enough that there is a chance of you finding a performance near you in the fairly near future.
