Awesome film.
What I like best is that the American critics don't get it.
"The film is filled with deeply unpleasant and stupid people whose vapid speech is largely incomprehensible due to thick regional accents."
"the film is a failure and does nothing new or especially radical with the normal revenge flick."
fcukwits.

Top film, love it
Channel 4 films have made some original films over the years, anyone remember 'you me and marley'? Bit wooden now, but i remember thinking it was really cool when i first saw it, took me years to find a copy

I thought it was pretty good!
Going to buy it on DVD to add to my collection. I had to be out of the house at 5:30 this morning, perhaps staying up to watch the whole thing was a mistake!

Love the bit where Richard is standing at the roadside and Sonny gets out of the car to go and talk to him about everything that has been happening.
"Yeah, it was me" - in a dead pan voice, completely fearless - totally confident or mad as a box of frogs!

Never heard of it before, started watching it about 30mins in, I soon realised it was a top film, proper grit, like it was for real, none of this Hollywood pants. Would'nt want to get on the wrong side of him! Great film.
