Default Going rate for admin/typing data?

Hello

I have several things I need to type into a computer (nothing complicated, about 400 names, email addresses to a bespoke web-based interface).

I am going to pay my next door neighbour, but am happy to pay "going rate". Any ideas per hour?

Thanks,

Steve

I wouldn't pay her by the hour, just give her £50

So it doesn't look dodgy (paying the fit neighbour ) I need an invoice to submit to my company for x hours of work. I think it'll take about 3 hours, so £15 an hour would do it. Just wanted to check I wasn't paying way over the odds.

Me neither pay her one amount for the piece of work if they are really slow at typing could cost you a fortune, £50-£60 sounds fair.

or type in 10 yourself see how long it takes you, multiply by 40 and use that time to work out a fair hourly wage.
