Pimp hotels
Hi All
Im 30 at the end of November(yes I know, I look about 20 )
Anyway Ive hired out a cool bar in London to which those who I know are invited - all I need now is a wicked hotel to go back to. Basically I want something a bit different that I might actually remember - preferably near embankment but not essential. Budget - lots, price not really an issue Im talking hundreds not thousands though
Any ideas?

Ah, plenty. Agreed, One Aldwych is a nice hotel, and is v near the embankment, but lots of the top hotels are within a few miles of the embankment.
The Landmark Hotel on Marylebone Road is a superb hotel, probably my favourite in London, you'll never forget the atrium, and if you book early enough and through the right site you can get a v nice suite for about 350 quid.
The Mandarin Oriental on Knightsbridge is also very nice. The Metropolitan is very boutique and minimalist, as is The St Martins Lane Hotel, just off Traf Sq.... The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbride is supposed to be very, very nice, although I haven't been myself!
Try www.expedia.co.uk for some good rates or www.lhw.com for more top end ideas!
