Yes another reason why were in the s*it, overpaid people who are in positions not by ability but by time, stand to gain stupid amounts of redundancy from hmg (read 6 figures) in civvy street they be lucky to get half, but thats what you get with hmg. Although on the flip side, when they eventually try for positions in civvy street, they really have to work
