Blata mini quad bike starting problems
Have had this for quite a while now, but can't remember which position the choke and fuel switches go to start it.
And is the choke 'on' or 'off'?
Thanks guys

IIRC the blata quadbike actually used the chinese replica engines?
take the air filter off to double check the choke, from memory, leaver up = choke on
not sure on the fuel tap, i spent 45 mins on Tuesday trying to get my origami rep started, i was knackered afterwards must remember to seal up the plastic covering when leaving it inside the car wash for 4/5 months
it also smoked like a ****** when it finally fired up

must have been early on in the day?
they do tend to smell for the 1st few cars, as the water lays in the pipes overnight, they should be auto setup to add water treatment stuff with everywash, but lot of lads are lazy and never change the barrels, a lot of the sites are ****en well dirty anyway TBH which does not help.

The choke should turn itself off if you give it full throttle, try it and listen for a click. The choke will be on when the lever is closest to the carb. With the fuel tap, I'd say that when the lever is pointing directly down from the tank it will be in the on position. Check it by pulling the fuel line off and seeing if fuel comes out!
I'm guessing it won't start? Try pulling the plug out, dry it, give it a wire brush off, check the gap (1mm) and whack it back in. If that doesn't work, pull the carb off and strip it, make sure there's no crap in there and that all the jets are clear, check the plug again before trying to restart.
