sorry is there somthing i,m missing??
a knife has one purpose , to cut.
So if you want to pay £20 for a set that cuts meat then fine, if you want to pay £2000 for a set thats fine, althought i reckon the makers of the latter will have you on there gullable wall for many years,
so x knife cuts so smothly its sexy, big deal, were carnivores, we rip and tear meat, not disect it!!
