police speed trap?
hi all
i was on the M1 yesterday and came accross a silver police car (had coloured squares) it was on one of the bridges over the motorway, it was a car not a van, but it had a white box on the roof with 3 holes it was pointing up the carriageway.
i cant find any pics on the net, does anyone know if it was a speed trap?

Sounds like a number plate checking thing.
I was going up the M1 not long ago to EM Airport, at an extremely naughty
speed and there was a Police X5 on one of the bridges above........must say I was slightly concerned during my holibubs, but nothing came of it.
