OMG

I don't know who I'd attack first!!! The greasemonkey or the Dealer Principal!!

Poor owner - hope they got some serious compensation for that!!!

Th car was written off due to twisting of the chassis, b pillar distortion, and front suspension being distorted,

Im trying to work out if that was a ramp fault or technician fault, because it looks like the left front ramp leg is twisted. It is very hard to get it wrong because as soon as you lift the ramp the legs lock in place, i hope no one was standing under neath that when it happened. Or they forgot to put the front leg under the car.

It's all very well the legs locking into place once you start lifting but you have to have put the legs in the right place to start with!!
Hope I never do anything like that.

and where's the lifting pad on the "empty" rear leg??

It probably was stuck on the sill and came off as the car fell off the ramp, i can t see anyone being stupid enough to put the leg under without the padding. Bit off a scarey thought, i dont usually think of things like that when im underneath a car.
