UP TO 40 - what does that mean?? 1?? 4?? 9?? 12?? Meaningless!!
And they are all Muslims .............................. what's so special about that??

Blair's finished. The longer he stays the more damage he does. I think he should stick around to the end of the current term.

Suresh - 40 members out of 200K isn't much of a story. 40 active members including a ward chairman and a former city and county counillor in one constituency is a slightly bigger story. When the 37 are defecting over foreign policy and it is the Foreign Secretary's constituency, it is a slightly bigger story again.
Anyway, my post was aimed at PSL's rubbishing of the orignal "up to 40" comment. It wasn't 1,4,9 or 12 that defected. I'd say that "up to 40" is a pretty good approximation for 37.

This is the most corrupt,incompetent,lying government in living memory. I think Billy should stay on until it all falls apart, rather than Flash taking over-difficult as it is to imagine he would be even worse.
