My other half has been having physio and they charge in 15 min slots. I think it's something like £30 for each slot - that was BUPA though

Thankfully no Ops required.

Just got back into working out at the gym and didnt want an injury to slow me down. Worked through a lower arm injury but this shoulder problem doesnt seem to be going away. Bugger

Feels like a dull ache and restricts your movement ? sounds similar if it is.
Off out now but will read tomorrow.

Yeah sounds a little familiar. Can feel it if I place my fingers ontop of it and move my arm upwards.
Funnily enough it get more aggravated playing pool/snooker (back arm) than it does down the gym.
Will have to have it checked to see if its torn or not. I just hope it doesn't mean resting it.

Sounds similar, have it checked by your GP, he should be able to advise and point you in the way of a good physio to use.
Resting is always good for any injury as im sure you know, just take things a bit easier. Mines been a lot better for a few months now, but playing golf really aggravates it.
