Midgy bites

Midgy bites
They seem to like me Got them all up the back of my legs to such an extent my legs are stiff with the swelling.
Tried anti-histimine, piriton etc but nothing seems to provide a quick cure. Can anyone recommend some spray, someone told me citrus moisterisers were good at warding them off.

Can't help on the cure for the bites you already have, but I can recommend Avon Skin So Soft dry oil spray moisturiser as the best preventative product on the market bar none.

To prevent bites take vitamin D tablets. The midges are attracted by the scent from your pores , vitamin D is something that stops that and the midges don`t like the smell so avoid you. If you havn`t any after bite spray try vinegar as a stop gap until you can get some.

Vitamin B1 is the best natural stuff to take to avoid mozzie bites. Brewers yeast is also a favourite, but, the active ingredient in BY is vitamin B1!!!!
Just bought some B1 for Holland and Barrett about 30 mins ago, £3.29 for 100 (1 a day).
