Twas a no brainer to fit a downstairs loo in that place - dumb biaatch...
The one in Poole was a superb transformation though - having the vision and foresight to buy the original and turn it into the finished product was unbelievable.
Even SB was quietly impressed - she's the first one I've ever heard SB say too - "You've got a great future in property development ahead of you".
