Wink New Legal Challenge for Scameras.

Has anyone else noticed this new legal challenge from Robbie the Pict - he of the Skye Bridge toll story.

Anyway it may render all speeding convictions back to 1992 illegal!

Thieving barstewards have been getting away with it for years

And now they've got whole swathes of the country repeating their senseless "speed kills" mantra.

The problem is, though, that everyone who accepts a fixed penalty does so voluntarily, and hence those will stand as the evidence has not required to be produced in a court

Only convictions in the cout based upon camera/detector evidence are likely to be overturned if the legal point is correct.
